Andrew is both a restaurateur and a commercial real estate appraiser. Andrew started working in Restaurants at age 16 and has never left. He graduated from University of Maryland with a finance degree and shortly after began opening his own restaurants. He has opened 7 restaurants and currently operates Foxboys Hospitality in Annapolis. He is also a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and has in depth knowledge of construction, design and modification of space. Understanding the real estate portion as well as the operations of a restaurant allows for a vision of what will work in specific situations when it comes to concept and use of space. Andrew believes getting off to the right start is one of the most valuable aspects of the business. Andrews specialties includes lease negotiations, business projections, design and flow of space, concept development, bar program development and training, and especially location analysis.
