About Andrew Fox

oe has been in the hospitality industry for 30 years, specializing in business development & strategic planning.  Joe started his career at a local independent grocery store buying, selling, and interfacing with brokers & manufacturers.  He took those skills and key learnings and became a Sales representative for the Thomas J. Lipton, co interacting and building relationships at the headquarter & store level.  Joe was viewed quickly in his career as an innovative visionary leader in launching strategies and driving business growth and became an accomplished executive within the industry working his way up to Regional & National roles within major companies (Unilever, Twinings North America, UNFI, Post Consumer Brands).  Even though he has a diverse background in all facets of the business, he really enjoys interacting with owners, understanding their specific needs, and working with them side by side towards obtaining their goals (business evaluation & facilitating acquisitions).  Joe is a Marylander through and through.  He enjoys boating & crabbing and spending time with his 15 nephews and nieces.  He has a lot of passion for Maryland Athletics and proudly serves on the Board of the Directors for the Terrapin Club.  You will see him on campus supporting many of the teams throughout the year cheering them on.
